License
This license explains how you may use Key & Kit templates. It applies to single-template purchases and to files downloaded through Key & Kit Pro.
Commercial license: single purchases and Solo membership
You may use, edit and print the files for:
- every property you own (no limit), plus
- up to 3 client properties you co-host or manage for other owners.
Team membership
The Co-host / Team plan extends the license to up to 10 client properties (plus every property you own). People who work for your hosting business on covered properties (for example a co-host or cleaning lead) may use the files for those properties. Each membership is one Payhip login; please don't share the login itself.
What you can do
- Edit the templates with your own details, branding and photos.
- Print them, and give or send filled-in copies to guests, cleaners, co-hosts and property owners.
- Use them in your listings, guidebooks and operations for covered properties.
- Keep using files you downloaded during a membership after you cancel, for the same covered properties.
What you can't do
- Resell, share, give away or redistribute the templates themselves (blank, or edited so they can be reused by others), including on Etsy, Canva, Creative Market, marketplaces, Facebook groups, file-sharing sites or shared drives.
- Include the templates in a product, course, bundle or service you sell, or use them to create competing template products.
- Claim the designs as your own work.
- Use the files for more client properties than your license covers. Need more? Email us.
Ownership
Key & Kit keeps all copyright and ownership in the templates and designs. You own the information you add to them.
If the license is broken
If you break these terms, your license ends and you must stop using and delete the files. We may also cancel your membership.
