Refund Policy
We want every file to work for you. Here's exactly what happens if something isn't right.
Single templates and digital downloads
Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, sales are final once a file has been downloaded. If you bought something by mistake and haven't downloaded it yet, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you.
Faulty or not-as-described files
If a file is damaged, won't open, has a broken formula, or doesn't match its description, email us and tell us what's wrong. We'll send you a corrected file or, if we can't fix it, a full refund, within 14 days of hearing from you.
Key & Kit Pro membership
- Free trial: every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
- First payment: if the membership isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first paid charge and we'll refund that payment in full. Refunding it also ends your membership.
- Renewals: later monthly or yearly renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel anytime so you're not charged again.
- Cancelling: cancel from your Payhip customer account (Settings → Subscriptions). Access to the member area ends immediately when you cancel and the rest of the period isn't prorated, so cancel shortly before your renewal date if you want to use the full period.
How to ask for a refund
Email Theoosborne614@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and your order number (it's in your Payhip receipt). Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Payhip and PayPal or Stripe. Your bank or PayPal may take 5–10 business days to show it.
Please talk to us first
If there's a problem, email us before opening a dispute or chargeback. We reply within one business day and will fix it fast.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
