Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account page in one click. Access ends as soon as you cancel, so if you're stopping, cancel shortly before your next renewal date.
Do I keep the templates if I cancel?
You can keep using files you downloaded while a member for your own rentals. New drops and updates stop.
What's your refund policy?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. If the membership isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Later renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel anytime. Full refund policy

Solo or Team?
Solo covers every property you own plus up to 3 client properties. Choose Team if you co-host or manage for other owners: the Team license covers up to 10 client properties.
